Michalis is an experienced Animation Producer & Director and a founder of Zedem Media, Cyprus’ largest and longest running Animation Studio. He has produced over 2000 animated projects for businesses and non-profits from all around the world. Michalis holds a BA degree in Media Management from Columbia College Chicago and an MA in Media & Cultural Studies from Middlesex University, London. His first short film ‘The Parrot Lady’ (2020) was screened in over 50 festivals and received numerous awards. His filmography also includes the short films: Dragon Recipes (2018, Delegate Producer) and Underground (2022, Co-Producer). Michalis is a member of the Cyprus Directors Guild, a founding member of the Cyprus Animation Association and the President of the Larnaka Famagusta Cinema Society.
